Our Story
Simply Hope Family Outreach

First open house
In 2015, Simply Hope began as a small community support group focused on helping families cope with the painful effects of addiction. What started around shared experiences and a desire to bring healing quickly became a vital source of strength for those facing life’s toughest challenges.

By 2021, Simply Hope grew in both reach and impact—earning its 501(c)(3) nonprofit status and expanding its mission to serve youth, adults, and families through a variety of trauma-informed programs.

Today, Simply Hope Family Outreach is a trusted community resource, offering support groups, youth programs like Teen Hope and STAC, recovery services, and creative healing opportunities. Through compassionate, confidential care, we continue to walk beside families—helping them heal, grow, and thrive.
