Adult Services

1. Case Management: Case managers work closely with adults to assess their situation, coordinate care, and provide ongoing support to ensure they access the right resources.

2. Counseling: Our counselors work one-on-one with adults to assess their needs and connect them with professional support services. We help coordinate ongoing care in the community to ensure individuals receive the continued guidance and resources needed for long-term well-being and recovery.
